摘要: In 140 mixed primary soft tissue sarcomas with a median follow-up of 6 years, the prognostic importance tumor size, depth, grade, necrosis, vascular invasion, and peripheral growth pattern (pushing versus infiltrating) was evaluated on whole-tumor sections. Immunohistochemical expression Ki-67, p53, cyclin A, bcl-2, β-catenin, CD44, P-glycoprotein determined using microarray from zone. Local recurrences developed in 17% patients correlated A expression. No local recurrence tumors pushing pattern, regardless grade depth. Metastasis 39% patients. Vascular invasion identified 36% strongest factor for metastasis hazard ratio 3.5. Growth necrosis were also strong factors metastasis, whereas malignancy depth did not have any independent value. Immunostaining showed information P-glycoprotein. The results indicate that sections could facilitate identification immunohistochemical profiling zone provides sarcoma.
