摘要: A process for producing synthetic hydrocarbons that reacts carbon dioxide, obtained from seawater of air, and hydrogen water, with a catalyst in chemical such as reverse water gas shift combined Fischer Tropsch snthesis. The is produced by nuclear reactor electricity, waste heat conversion, ocean thermal energy or any other source fossil fuel-free, wind wave energy. can be either land based sea based.
