摘要: In this paper the primary emphasis is upon general and common elements in contemporary, international education policy, but nonetheless discussion also considers processes of translation recontextualisation involved realisation or enactment policy specific national local settings. A set generic 'problems' which constitute contemporary social, political economic conditions for social making are adumbrated. The emergence ideological 'magical' solutions to these problems identified means dissemination discussed. relationship between global market marketisation suggested explored.
