摘要: Reports of childhood epilepsies in temporal association with vaccination have had a great impact on the acceptance programs by health care providers, but little is known about this possible and types seizures following vaccinations. For these reasons Italian League Against Epilepsy (LICE), collaboration other scientific societies, has decided to generate Guidelines Vaccinations Epilepsy. The aim present recent unequivocal evidence from published reports relationship between vaccines epilepsy order provide information contraindications risks vaccinations patients epilepsy. main issues been addressed: (1) whether exist febrile convulsions, epilepsy, and/or epileptic encephalopathies; (2) any can cause seizures, encephalopathies. Diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP) measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) increase significantly risk seizures. Recent observations data relationships encephalopathy show that some cases apparent vaccine-induced could fact be caused an inherent genetic defect no causal vaccination.
