Thermopower of deuterated and alloyed copper-DCNQI-crystals evidences for a "quite normal reentry- of the conductivity

摘要: Abstract In Cu(2,5-DMe-DCNQI) 2 ( DCNQI: N,N 1 -Dicyanoquinonediimine ) crystals with metal-like conductivity, phase transitions (ph.t.) to an insulating state can be adjusted. A reentry the metallic at lower temperature is observed in alloyed Cu-DCNQI systems. Correlating ph.t. of thermopower S , conductivity σ and ESR-intensity deuterated DCNQI salts, we could proof a model coexisting conducting non-conducting areas vicinity We find S(T) ∼ T - as known for metals high range examined -salts. At low temperatures, σ, reaches again value according behavior. This identified equivalent that one.
