摘要: Abstract The radiance calculation via the solution of scalar approximation form rigorous vector radiative transfer equation (VRTE) leads to non-negligible errors in atmospheric problems. In this work, for first time, a quantitative investigation calculated induced by neglecting polarization incident irradiation beams exposed plane-parallel atmosphere is presented. discontinuous finite element method, which highly accurate spatial and angular spaces, was employed solve both VRTE its approximation. values obtained model are compared with exact solutions their relative analyzed. results show that linearly polarized component up 94.00%. These much larger than circularly component.
