Corrigendum: Saliniramus fredricksonii gen. nov., sp. nov., a heterotrophic halophile isolated from Hot Lake, Washington, a member of a novel lineage (Salinarimonadaceae fam. nov.) within the order Rhizobiales, and reclassification of the genus Salinarimonas Liu et al. 2010 into Salinarimonadaceae.

摘要: There was an error in the proposed genus name published article, that 'Salinivirga' effectively while this article review. Therefore, should be replaced with 'Saliniramus'. For convenience of future readers, we have included complete corrected below, which all occurrences incorrect been amended: A halophilic bacterial strain, HL-109T, isolated from unicyanobacterial consortium UCC-O, obtained photosynthetic mat Hot Lake (Washington, USA). polyphasic approach using phenotypic, genotypic and chemotaxonomic data used to classify strain within order Rhizobiales . The organism stained Gram-negative a moderate thermophile growth optimum 45 °C. It obligately aerobic, heterotrophic halophilic, growing both NaCl MgSO4 brines. novel isolate had polymorphic cellular morphology short rods occasional branching, cells were monotrichous. major fatty acids detected C18 : 1, C18 : 0, C16 : 0 C18 : cyc. Phylogenetic analysis 16S rRNA gene placed Rhizobiales and it shared 94 % identity type its nearest relative, Salinarimonas ramus . Morphological, phylogenetic results did not affiliate any families Rhizobiales ; therefore, HL-109T is representative new lineage, for Saliniramus fredricksonii gen. nov., sp. nov. proposed, (=JCM 31876T=DSM 102886T). In addition, examination phylogenetics relatives, ramus and Salinarimonas rosea , demonstrates these halophiles form clade distinct described We further propose establishment family, Salinarimonadaceae fam. accommodate genera Saliniramus and Salinarimonas (the family).
