摘要: Publisher Summary The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is scientifically based behavioral cognitive therapy. It supported by a rich body of research dating back some 25 years that documents its effectiveness with disorders experiential avoidance, are driven compelling urge to avoid or control unwanted internal experiences—thoughts, emotions, sensations. A growing comparative studies suggests ACT may actually be more effective than cognitive-behavioral therapy, psycho-educational approaches, psychopharmacology in treating avoidance disorders. Newly diagnosed, medically stable patients who not complete denial about ED thoughts behaviors can benefit from an approach, as well have struggled long enough recognize the time, money, energy, relationships, life experiences been lost their illness. Most my desperately wish get rid grinding, obsessive preoccupation body, food, weight, compulsion starve, binge, purge, exercise.
