Reactions of carbonyl compounds with α,β-unsaturated nitriles as a convenient pathway to carbo- and heterocycles

摘要: Published data on the methods for synthesis of carbo- and heterocyclic compounds based reactions α,β -unsaturated nitriles with carbonyl activated phenols are surveyed. It is demonstrated that all these occur via nucleophilic addition carbanion generated from a compound to double bond an unsaturated nitrile (the Michael reaction). The main routes transformation adducts into considered. regioselective preparation fused 4H-pyrans or 1,4-dihydropyridines by varying conditions cyclisation discussed. bibliography includes 249 references.
