摘要: Knowledge on the geographic distribution of races Fusurium oxysporum f.sp. dianthi and F. redolens dianthi, causal agents wilt disease carnation, is considerable importance to carnation breeders. The traditional way identifying such by testing differential cultivars but this time-consuming not always reliable. In order improve accelerate identification new isolates, we have compared data from inoculation assays with several other methods. Sixty comprising all F.o. diunthi known date, were analysed along a number isolates as well crops. methods included VCG determination, where complementary mutants blocked in nitrate metabolism are assayed for their capability form heterokaryons, analysis RFLP patterns, using different genomic DNA fragments probes, PCR ITS region rDNA cistron, RAPD analysis. obtained these indicates that ITS-PCR discriminates at species level, while two independent probes differentiates between VCGs.
