摘要: Considering the complex nature of adult heart, it is no wonder that innate regenerative processes, while maintaining adequate cardiac function, fall short in myocardial jeopardy. In spite these enchaining limitations, rejuvenation occurs as well restricted regeneration. this review, background potential mechanisms endogenous regeneration are summarized. We present and analyze available evidence three subsequent steps. First, we examine experimental research data provide insights into origins replicating myocytes, including cell populations referred to progenitor cells (i.e., c-kit+ cells). Second, describe role clinical settings such acute or chronic ischemia, initiators pathways Third, hitherto conducted studies examined different approaches initiating failing human hearts analyzed. conclusion, support notion regaining function beyond cellular replacement dysfunctional myocardium via initiation could create a new perspective paradigm change heart failure therapeutics. Reinitiating morphogenesis by reintroducing developmental might feasible way tissue Based on our hypothesis "embryonic recall", first supporting impulses myocardium, induced processes.
