ECG Signal De-noising with Asynchronous Averaging and Filtering Algorithm

摘要: In this study, a new algorithm is proposed-Asynchronous Averaging and Filtering AAF for ECG signal de-noising. R-peaks are detected with another proposed algorithm-Minimum Slot Maximum Point selecting method MSMP. reduces random noise major component of EMG from provides comparatively good results baseline wander cancellation. Signal to ratio SNR improves in filtered signal, while shape remains undistorted. The authors conclude that R-peak detection MSMP gives comparable existing like Pan-Tomkins algorithm. advantageous over adaptation algorithms Wiener LMS Overall performance good.
