摘要: JEG-3 cells were used to compare the effects of two isomers DDT (1,1,1,-trichloro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethane), p,p'-DDT and o,p'-DDT their metabolite DDE (1,1,-dichloro-2,2-bis(p-chlorophenyl)ethylene) on progesterone (P4) human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) secretion cell apoptosis. Cells treated with 1, 10, 100 ng/ml or 1 mug/ml each compound for 24 72 h. Twenty four hours exposure at decreased, whereas both DDEs, all investigated concentrations, increased P4 secretion. Seventy two-hour concentrations stimulated Statistically significant decrease in hCG after h increase compounds was noted. Decrease caspase-3 activity observed exposed its metabolites. These findings indicate that are able alter main placental hormone production survival concentration- time-dependent manner.
