摘要: Abstract Between 1997 and 2004, gross domestic product increased in real terms the UK by one‐fifth, while volume of road freight movement remained stable. This suggests that long‐awaited decoupling economic transport growth has begun, possibly leading to a new era sustainable logistics. paper reviews previous research on issue recent trends product/freight tonne‐km elasticities Europe USA.
