摘要: A mobile-radio network (MRS) includes a mobile switching center (MSC) for receiving incoming calls from subscribers (A). In response to the calls, certain ones of are selected if respective subscriber (A) has debit account assigned it and credit balance. The balance is compared with predetermined minimum (Dmin1) call completed exceeds charged unit fee. Incorporated in service point (SSP). Additionally, control (SCP) connected an arithmetic (DC) charging. structure makes possible establish connections charge using simple exchange protocols (INAP) without having change conventional (MAP).
