摘要: Disclosed are variant RTEF-1 polypeptides having an amino acid sequence with one or more internal deletions, wherein the reduce VEGF promoter activity. Some of include that is at least 80% identical to contiguous acids 1) 24 47 SEQ ID NO:15 and 2) each NOs:16 17, but does not comprise NOs:8, 9, 11, 12.
