摘要: A method and apparatus are described for performing a Proximity-based Service (ProSe) by ProSe-enabled user equipment (UE) in cellular communication system. connection is established with network via public safety band. scheduling request (SR) signal transmitted to the first resource allocation received from network. The ProSe performed using allocation. If condition including lack of channel resources not satisfied, SR carries identifier used requesting second non-public
