摘要: Biomolecules are widespread throughout the world. A biomolecule is any organic molecule produced by a living organism, including large polymeric molecules such as proteins, polysaccharides and nucleic acids. Many sample preparation techniques used in analysis; method selected depends on complexity of sample, nature matrix analytes, analytical technique available. This review covers current state knowledge thin-layer chromatography mass spectrometry for qualitative analysis biomolecules. In first part paper reader will gain useful information to avoid some problems about performing various modes combined with experiments second he find application these separation, detection, investigation structures quantitative determination biomolecules peptides, oligonucleotides, amino acids, DNA, RNA, lipids.
