摘要: 1. Post-mortem changes in the concentrations of following compounds ox sternomandibularis muscles stored nitrogen at 1°, 5° and 15° are reported: Pi creatine phosphate, hexose monophosphates, fructose diphosphate, triose phosphates, α-glycerophosphate, phosphoglycerates, lactate, ATP, ADP, AMP, NAD+ total nucleotides. Some results obtained with 37° included. 2. At time were placed controlled temperatures (about 1·5hr. post mortem) phosphorus measured accounted for 91±6% (s.d.) acid-soluble phosphate. 3. The indicated that all activities phosphorylase phosphofructokinase steps limited rate extent post-mortem glycolysis. 4. large variations monophosphate during storage ratio to activity varied considerably temperature. 5. Between 3·5 7hr. mortem rates glycolysis ATP turnover not slower 15°, probably faster 1°. significance this finding is discussed.
