摘要: Bellini kanal karsinomu bobregin son derece kotu prognozlu agresif bir tumorudur. Cogu hastada metastaz gelisir. Erken tani cok onemlidir ve hastanin yasam suresini artirabilir. Kemoterapi, radyoterapi immunoterapi de dahil olmak uzere cesitli tedavi protokolleri denenmistir. Bununla birlikte, bu tedaviler yuz gulduren cevap olusturmamaktadir. Seksen yasindaki kadin sol bobrek ust pol orjinli 96x91x118 mm boyutlarinda kistik kitlesine uyguladigimiz radikal nefrektomi olgumuzu sunmayi amacladik. Patolojisi "toplayici karsinomu" gelen lenf nodunda metastazi mevcuttu. Postoperatif 10. gun hemifasiyal paralizi ile acil servise basvuruldugunda cekilen manyetik rezonans goruntulemede bilateral serebellar hemisferlerde, beyin sapinda, serebral hemisferde metastatik lezyonlar izlendi. tumorleri arasinda nadir gorulen tumor turudur dusuk sagkalim oranina sahiptir.
