摘要: Composite sheets and nanotubes of different morphologies containing carbon, boron, nitrogen were grown in the electric arc discharge between graphite cathodes amorphous boron-filled anodes a atmosphere. Concentration profiles derived from electron energy-loss line spectra show that boron are correlated one-to-one ratio; core fine structures reveal small differences compared to pure hexagonal nitride. Boron carbon anticorrelated, suggesting substitution into network. Results indicate singlephaase CyBxNx as well separated domains (nanosize) nitride networks may exist.
