摘要: Although p53 overexpression detected by immunohistochemistry has been reported in pituitary adenomas and carcinomas, genetic mutations the gene have not previously these tumors. We analyzed a series of eight six carcinomas immunohistochemistry, polymerase chain reaction amplification, sequencing exon 5 through 8 for mutations. Three showed more than 20% expression protein tumor cells. One tumors with 60% had mutation codon 248, common “hot spot” mutation, while other carcinoma 90% 135. All were negative 15% cells expressing protein. Analysis control including four lung proven also greater 85% overexpressing Two breast cell lines known mutations, MBA-MD 231 MBA-MD-486, p53. These results show that are present subset usually associated high percentage
