摘要: Cerebral vasospasm following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) is a delayed, reversible narrowing of the intracranial vasculature that occurs most commonly 4 to 14 days after SAH and can lead permanent ischemic injury. Angiographic spasm in up 70% patients SAH, approximately half become symptomatic. Estimates who are disabled by vasospasm, or die because it, range from 5% 9%, with accounting for 12% 17% all fatalities cases disability SAH. This article discusses multiple medical endovascular therapies used prevent treat vasospasm.
