摘要: Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a numerical technique for the solution of equations governing flow fluids inside defined geometry. CFD has seen applications in many different processing industries, but it only recent years that been applied to food applications, including air clean rooms, ovens and chillers; foods continuous-flow systems; convection patterns during in-container thermal processing. In this review article, we discuss current state play industry also future advances will guarantee its use as tool process engineers.
