摘要: Jatropha curcas, a tropical and subtropical shrub/tree, has been emerging as promising biodiesel crop because of its high oil content ability to grow in marginal lands. The kernel cake is the major by-product chain, rich protein potential be used livestock feed; however, presence anti-nutritional factors phorbol esters limits use. Thus, this report discusses on toxicity risks strategies for detoxification. Besides feeding application J. curcas – that we see possibility integration with food chains presented some other alternative uses.
