摘要: Musculoskeletal problems, principally affecting joints, are common in the adult hemophilic patient. These patients need surgery at least once their life. Hemorrhagic complications often happen patient during all perioperative time, not only intraoperative time. A multidisciplinary intervention between anesthetist, orthopedic surgeon, and hematologist is very important to minimize hemorrhagic complications.
