摘要: This is a summary of the background, and some experimental research in my laboratory, on physical chemical properties proteins. The studies were carried out to obtain information about three-dimensional structure folding/unfolding pathways bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A three its structural homologs, B, frog onconase, angiogenin.
