摘要: Abstract The surface properties of layers dipalmitoylphosphatidic acid, DPPA, have been measured using a variety methods. II— A isotherms obtained over both water and acidic subphases are typical the condensed monlayers fatty acids. ΔV — indicate steady rise in potentials as monolayer is compressed; by comparing recorded subphases, we estimate double-layer potential to be ∼ −230 mV. Bilayers DPPA were subsequently transferred mica surfaces Langmuir-Blodgett deposition technique. forces between these bilayers then apparatus. At long range proved consistent with electrical theory, again double—layer mV reasonable fit data. short observed come into strongly adhesive contact. This interaction was so strong that on separation local structure bilayer itself irreversibly disrupted, indicating may ripped off surface.
