摘要: A delay in nidation of embryos lasting 3 to 18 days was obtained by autografting the anterior pituitary gland kidney rats on 2nd day pregnancy. Ovo-implantation induced these at will, daily injection 1 μg estrone. Implantation only rarely occurred, and it followed immediately death hypophysectomized pregnancy treated with 4 mg progesterone estrone starting 9th pregnancy; never occurred when treatment not started until 14th day.
