摘要: By using TiC as the segregate, FePt–TiC and FePt–TiC–C thin films were prepared by co-sputtering onto strongly (002)-textured MgO/NiTa underlayer on thermally-oxidized Si substrates. The effects microstructure magnetic properties of L10 ordered FePt FePt–C studied. segregate can refine grain size FePt. Coercivities degree ordering degraded with increasing concentration. properly tuning composition C, granular average 10.3 nm standard deviation 1.86 be achieved coercivity 1.4 T. balance between indicates that mixture addition segregates is promising.
