摘要: Soil microfungal communities of two ad- jacent, but differently aged Alnus viridis coenoses were studied using the soil dilution plate method. A total 84 taxa isolated: 59 from young com- munity, 51 old and 26 shared. Morti- erella parvispora Pythium sp. had highest den- sity values in alder community, respectively. Species compositions compared be- tween plots a metric multidimensional scaling correspondence anal- ysis. Both analyses grouped community separately, suggesting correla- tion between changes fungal species position age communities. The analysis produced groups more related to one set or other, together with another group formed Mortierella, Micromucor, Geomyces Trichoderma species, whose distributions closely general abiotic conditions than munities. It is proposed that significant differ- ences composition commu- nities mirror existence seral succes- sion paralleling aging
