摘要: Green nanocomposites based on renewable plant oils and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) have been developed. An acid-catalyzed curing of epoxidized with oxirane-containing POSS derivatives produced transparent nanocomposite coatings high gloss surface, in which the organic inorganic components were linked via covalent bonds. The hardness mechanical strength improved by incorporation unit into polymer matrix. Nanostructural analyses showed formation homogeneous structures at micrometer scale. On other hand, such improvements coating properties not observed composite without bonds between oil-based unit. study demonstrates correlation nanostructure composites macroscopic properties.
