摘要: Abstract In mice with lupus nephritis qualitative changes in anti-DNA antibodies occur, such as IgG switch and increased cationic charge, to render these pathogenic. Pathogenic idiotypes can be encoded by genes of a normal mouse strain SWR, where they remain dormant. When the are crossed an autoimmune like NZB, F1 hybrids express owing defects immunoregulation, resulting development lethal glomerulonephritis.
