摘要: A new complex between coumarin-based ligand (CL) and copper ion has been prepared applied to be an ON-OFF-ON reversible fluorescence chemosensor for the detection of Cys with high sensitivity specificity. In HEPES buffer, CL displayed affinity towards Cu(2+) over other physiological environmental metal ions, accompanied a 98.4% quenching. presence Cys, detachment CL-Cu(2+) ensemble led liberation fluorophore, CL, thus was recovered. The results absorption emission spectroscopy analyses confirmed that turn ON response selective only (detection limit, 7.2×10(-7) M). Confocal microscopy studies indicated lipophilic targets endoplasmic reticulum (ER) live cells, where it could functioned as fluorescent visualization in this organelle. Quantitative ER successfully realized by flow cytometry analysis. developed further detect real urine samples great recoveries ranges from 95.41% 107.40%.
