摘要: Consumer observation is widely recognised in the design industry as being a sensible ‘starting point for every design’ project [1]. In acknowledgement of this and need to encourage first year undergraduates ‘think more’, semester Design Practice module Department Technology at Loughborough University was restructured include five week which would make use these techniques.
