摘要: Firmness is an indicator of fruit freshness and a main component tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) texture. In this work, the genetic variability in firmness stiffness was analyzed pre- postharvest periods underlying anatomical biochemical traits were identified. Three contrasted parental lines six derived quantitative trait loci (QTL)-NILs harboring texture QTL on chromosome 4 (QTL4) 9 (QTL9) analyzed; seasonal assessed two distant trusses. measured by compression puncture tests at harvest after 7-day storage 20 °C. QTL4 poorly influenced textural variables, contrary to QTL9 which increased test had similar effects backgrounds. According test, along season, but ranks among genotypes hardly affected. Only some still significant losses not predicted harvest. Fruit correlated with both morphological (locular number, R = −0.89), histological (cell size, R 0.82) soluble sugar content (R < −0.74)) traits. contrast, values any This work provided original comprehensive approach analyse fleshy paves way for future predictive model.
