摘要: Firmness is an indicator of fruit freshness and a main component tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) texture. In this work, the genetic variability in firmness stiffness was analyzed pre- postharvest periods underlying anatomical biochemical traits were identified. Three contrasted parental lines six derived quantitative trait loci (QTL)-NILs harboring texture QTL on chromosome 4 (QTL4) 9 (QTL9) analyzed; seasonal assessed two distant trusses. measured by compression puncture tests at harvest after 7-day storage 20 °C.
