Temperature Stabilization of BST Thin Films: A Critical Review

摘要: A review of the temperature stability issues associated with BaxSr1−xTiO3 (BST) thin films and a summary innovative materials designs, novel process science solutions which serve to help mitigate this sensitivity is presented. The experimental results from literature our own work are reviewed; correspondence between theoretical measured properties tunable critically analyzed; reasons for discrepancy discussed. Particular emphasis concentrated on phase shifters filters enable phased array antennas, radars other advanced communications devices. This critical provides foundation spawn new research further development BST microwave device applications.
