摘要: Food waste is a current challenge that both developing and developed countries face. This project applied novel combination of available methods in Mechanical, agricultural food engineering to address these challenges. A systematic approach was devised investigate possibilities reducing increasing the efficiency industry by applying concepts theories including experimental, mathematical computational modelling methods. study highlights impact comprehensive understanding material response mechanical operations its direct relation volume wasted globally.
