摘要: PURPOSE To evaluate the effectiveness of pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) with removal internal limiting membrane (ILM) in diabetic patients macular edema unresponsive to grid laser photocoagulation. METHODS In this randomized controlled study, 20 eyes 10 photocoagulation were evaluated. PPV ILM was performed randomly one eye each and taken as study group; untreated fellow control group.
