摘要: The phenomena of ionization suppression in electrospray (ESI) and enhancement atmospheric pressure chemical (APCI) were investigated selected-ion monitoring selected-reaction modes for nine drugs their corresponding stable-isotope-labeled internal standards (IS). results showed that all target co-eluting isotope-labeled IS suppress each other's responses ESI. factors affecting the extent ESI investigated, including structures concentrations drugs, matrix effects, flow rate. In contrast to results, APCI caused seven enhance responses. mutual or between could possibly influence assay sensitivity, reproducibility, accuracy linearity quantitative liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS) chromatography/tandem mass (LC/MS/MS). However, calibration curves linear if an appropriate concentration was selected a desired range keep response constant.
