摘要: Abstract La2MoO6 orange-red phosphors with high efficiency incorporated Eu, Dy and Sm have been synthesized through a gel combustion method. The influences of rare earth doping in samples were analysed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), cathodoluminescence. Rare doped show strong emission bands the range 400–750 nm optimal concentration for all was 2 mol%. host Eu ion showed intense predominant peaks 450–750 nm range. electrical multipolar interaction contributed to non-radiative energy transfer between Eu3+ ions matrix. exhibited CL at 564, 608, 652 708 nm La2MoO6:Dy3+ phosphor displayed emissions 484, 574 670 nm, respectively. observed sharp indicate that is promising lanthanides materials applications optoelectronic.
