摘要: An immunosensor for fast and accurate determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) in human serum samples based on an array all-silicon broad-band Mach-Zehnder interferometers (BB-MZIs) is demonstrated. The detection was monitoring the spectral shifts during binding CRP antibody molecules that have been immobilized sensing arms BB-MZIs. By employing reaction rate as analytical signal assay time compressed to few minutes. limit 2.1ng/mL, quantification 4.2ng/mL linear dynamic range extended up 100ng/mL. measurements performed with developed were characterized by high repeatability accuracy it demonstrated dilution linearity recovery experiments. In addition, concentration values determined excellent agreement those same a standard clinical laboratory method. compact size chip makes proposed attractive incorporation into miniaturized devices analytes at point-of-need.
