摘要: Marker expression is highly variable among different stages of B-cell activation. In peripheral lymphoid tissues, architecturally and cytologically three or four types B cells can be identified, thus allowing an investigation cellular surface cytoplasmic phenotypes. Mantle zone lymphocytes follicles are phenotypically similar, if not identical, to blood B-lymphocytes express the following markers: B1, B2, BA-1, HLA-DR, Leu 10, A1G3, 8, T200. The germinal center composed two main populations, centroblasts centrocytes which BA-2, J5, OKT9, This phenotype similar that activated pre-B cells. Although membranous OKT10 present in cortical thymocytes, presence appears a useful marker for plasma cells, terminally differentiated also A1G3 study revealed subpopulation T markers (A1G3-/Leu 8-) as compared with most T-dependent (A1G3+/Leu 8+).
