摘要: Purpose. One important task in population pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic model building is to identify the relationships between parameters and demographic factors (covariates). The purpose of this study present an automated procedure that accomplishes this. benefits proposed over other commonly used methods are (i) covariate built for all simultaneously, (ii) within modeling program (NONMEM) giving familiar meaning significance levels used, (iii) it can appropriately handle covariates varies time (iv) not dependent on quality posterior Bayes estimates individual parameter values. For situations which computer run-times a limiting factor, linearization non-linear mixed effects evaluated.
