摘要: The effect of spray drying on the chemical and biological properties alcoholic extract green propolis was investigated. total polyphenol flavonoid contents in spray-dried were determined by Folin-Ciocalteu aluminum chloride colorimetric methods, respectively. antioxidant activity dry assessed membrane lipid peroxidation inhibition method, using quercetin as reference. content shown to depend air outlet temperature its square at 0.5% significance level, while depended only 5% level.
