摘要: Antifrictional properties and surface parameters of Al-Si-Cu-Sn-Pb alloys have been investigated. The effect iron addition (approx. 1 %) on the structure tribological aluminum alloy samples has studied. Tribological were explored using “shoe-roller” scheme with step-by-step pressure changes. investigations carried out both in without a lubricant. SEM- (with elemental analysis) SPM-microscopy methods applied to study sample under-surface layers at transversal sections. After tests out, topography sections During lubrication solid particles, presumably, oxides, formed. particles increase destruction, thus, doing their part an abrasive contributing (scuffing) score. testing lubricant containing silicon copper having rounded shape also These remain are rolled They creating kind "protective cover" contact pair stable operation. layer 50-100 micrometers thick formation was found after lubrication. prepared demonstrated thickness 30-40 micrometers. elements redistribution these shown. counterbodies (rollers) explored. SPM method shown film formed is uneven This leads macrorelief development during friction can lead On contrary, secondary structures distributed as thin uniform layer. protective properties. It that (up 1%) good characteristics when tested Thus, they be used antifrictional materials.
