摘要: Aim: To demonstrate a label-free electrical immunoassay for profiling vascular biomarker N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) associated with improved cardiac risk prediction. Materials & methods: A high-density nanowell-based has been designed by integrating nanoporous aluminum oxide onto printed circuit board chips the detection of NT-proBNP. The concentration is quantitatively determined measuring impedance changes to double layer within nanowells using electrochemical spectroscopy. Detection sensitivity in fg/ml range was obtained due spatial confinement target biomarkers size-matched nanowells.
