Analysis of dopamine on printed polymer thin film consisting of multi-walled carbon nanotubes

摘要: A novel film consisting of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was produced by means a flexographic printing process on polycarbonate substrate. The electrochemical response this MWCNT-PC towards oxidation dopamine to dopamine-o-quinone investigated in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7) cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. findings demonstrate that the possesses good performance for dopamine. Namely, fabricated having detection limit sensitivity 4.06 μM 0.823 A M−1 cm−2, respectively, seems have greater ability dopamine/dopamine-o-quinone compared other electrodes reported literature. results present work are very promising could be suitable analysis molecules with biological interest.
