摘要: Abstract Carbon-coated Magneli phases Ti n O 2 −1 were prepared by a simple heat treatment of the powder mixture rutile-type TiO with poly(vinyl alcohol) PVA at 1100 °C in inert atmosphere. The lower /PVA ratio resulted -value. thus showed photocatalytic activity under visible light. -vales and 3 had higher light than those -values more 4. Carbon coated on particles was found to reduce matrix during treatment, addition suppress sintering grain growth enhance increasing local concentration pollutant due its adsorptivity.
