摘要: This is part I of a series papers in which qualitative model for semiconducting uniaxial ferroelectric developed terms Fe1-xS was recently shown to be such ferroelectric.Two types charged defects are responsible the anomalous behaviour, since they both weaken polar coupling: (i) electronic belonging lattice (e defects) and (ii) vacancy-connected (v defects).
